Cooling Services

Matt and Alex are great! We had them come service our dryer twice after it started smoking. For some reason lint accumulation is bad on our dryer. (My daughter is constantly doing laundry, like daily) We will definitely call them back again for any repairs that come up!

I've used them a couple of times now for multiple appliance services and a ducting service. Fantastic company. Very knowledgeable, honest, thorough and polite. I highly recommend.

Outstanding service, messaged back less than 5 minutes after my inquiry, was able to come out that afternoon on OUR schedule, and diagnosed the issue which didn't require parts replacement. Very friendly and efficient, will definitely use again,

Knowledgeable, multi skilled in HVAC, appliance repair, and electrical. Fixed by central heater rather than trying to sell me a replacement for $8-9K. The heater is operating like new. Gave me a reasonable estimate for zoning my house and redo wrapping my flume. I will higher him again.

Matt is great. We had him help us with our HVAC system, overhead lighting, and broken washing machine. In each case he did solid work. Importantly, he worked with us to find the most sensible solution. Some contractors will leave you out of the decisions but not Matt. He will help you find the right solution to fix the problem!

Matt did a great job repairing my dryer! Beth responded to my request, and scheduled me right away. I am very satisfied and will use their services for any appliance repair in the future!

My oven mysteriously turned on by itself a few times today. Stressful! And strange! Vlad was able to fix my thermostat, and I am so grateful Plug-in Services was able to address my concerns so quickly. Thank you!

"Honest, efficient and fairly priced — Matt diagnosed our AC and both thermostats within half an hour and had everything fixed the same day. Got a next-day appointment when other companies were scheduling weeks out. Highly recommend.

Matt replaced our dishwasher pump and fixed a noise issue on our washing machine — all in one visit. Within half an hour the washer was running so quietly it felt brand new. Thank you Matt!

Matt is so awesome! We had an issue in May and he came and did the work rather quickly and gave us a year warranty on his work. He came back quickly and didn't take payment. Not to mention, his cost is very fair. He will forever be our tech
